9 degrees in the dark

When I met my friend this morning in weather with a windchill below 0, she said, "Now I know we're both crazy!"

But I actually loved "every (other) minute of it," and thinking back to the night before when two of my girls said they wished they could wake up early with me in the morning to go running made me realize I may be getting more out of these morning runs than just my own good health.
